This thoroughly enjoyable, highly-interactive seminar provides participants with measurable intrapersonal and interpersonal awarenesses and skills that make them more effective as administrators, supervisors, and employees. The communication, teamwork, and leadership concepts, models, strategies, and techniques learned can be used to improve any staff/customer interaction; to build a prosocial facility-wide culture; and/or to increase positive staff involvement.

This seminar is designed for administrators, department heads and supervisors, and health care and support staff, with targeted activities directed to incorporating concepts and models in provider settings. Program material is usually covered in 7 hours of instruction presented in two 3½ hour modules, but seminar content, length, and emphasis can be customized to meet the needs of the client organization.
